Four week delay to Fibrecity roll-out sees workers laid off

Fibrecity was an impressive attempt to bring fibre to the home cheaper than previously possible by utilising the mains sewer as ducting. Alas an agreement fell apart meaning that Bournemouth will be connecting using traditional trenching, but Dundee was expected to go ahead. Alas Dundee is entering a stasis period of four weeks due to company restructing.
