Internet Access a Fundamental right for four in five people

A BBC survey of some 27,000 adults in 26 countries has found the vast majority of people feel that Internet access is a fundamental right. This backs up the moves in some countries to actually make it a legal right. This goes well beyond the scope of the UK Universal Service Commitment which at times suggests those with hard to get access may be skipped.
