MPs want clarity on broadband plans and to scrap 50p tax
The Business Innovations and Skills Committee believes the 'killer app' is not yet driving next generation broadband and cautions government against intervening too early. The report published by the committee supports the 2Mbps Universal Service Commitment however wants more clarity on what this means. Also, it suggests that a full time Digital Britain minister is needed.
