Ofcom seek changes to Voluntary Code of Practice on Broadband Speeds
After a mystery shopping activity commissioned by Ofcom, changes are being proposed to the Voluntary Code of Practice on Broadband Speeds to try and ensure that accurate information is made available to consumers and ensure that providers are meeting the terms that they committed to on signing up.
