EU Commission propose mobile roaming changes and price caps
The European Commission are proposing that consumers should be able to take out a 'roaming contract' for their mobile service which would operate alongside their existing contract, utilising the same number when abroad. Retail price caps for using data services whilst roaming are also planned for introduction.
