Ofcom considers options for price of Copyright Infringement appeals process

The Digital Economy Act places internet providers a requirement to pass on notification letters of copyright infringement. The DEA supports an appeals process, but there is some debate other whether this should be free, or incur a cost to stop frivolous appeals.
