ASA publishes speed claim guidelines for broadband adverts
Everyone knew the gist of the report, but with its release broadband providers will now be able to adjust their guidelines. The firm to gain the most from the ASA guidelines is Virgin Media on their cable products which have fixed speed connections due to the cable technology.
