O2 Broadband Coverage in Birmingham in 2011

I am wondering if anyone heard of the O2's upcoming plans of incrasing their Homebroadband coverage in birmingham city center area (around New Street Station) at the beginging of 2011. For now, O2 only offer HomeAccess to residences in that area.

Anyway I got this information when I talked to an O2 customer service lady over the phone. The lady just gave me this information when I was hesitating about whether to choose Access package (I lived in the area i mentioned before). I hope the lady didnt make that up for just making me choose O2's product.

As far as I am aware there is no publicly available list of planned exchange upgrades available.

Try calling again and ask if they can tell you what the planned dates are.
