Check your Exchange

Exchange Checker

To check that you can receive the O2 Broadband service, you need to make sure that O2 has activated your exchange wit their own equipment. A great site for this is SamKnows:

http://www.samknows.com/broadband/checker2.php

Just enter your phone number and postcode and it will list all the providers at your exchange.

Re: Check your Exchange - Service Status

Presumably because PlusNet is now owned by BT? they have good updates from the BT system.

A good starting point to check for exchange capacity and outages is to start at
"http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/" and put your details in, the further pages are self explanatory.
