especially speedtest.net......
ive had my head burnt out with these things...sat doing one after the other,waiting for a decent result then when i do get a decent one...i do another one just to check and its "bad"...so i start all over again...aaaaRRGH
i stopped using them the other week,i used to use them when i first joined sky but stopped cos theyre unreliable so why i started when i came to o2 i dont know??
anyway,today i was explaining to my m8 about them and to show him i did a few and whats wierd is if i use european servers(belarus,paris,dam) instead of the recommended(manchester) i get better results...??also i get better results if i use the internet on my ps3...
I KNOW...theres a few reading this who have done the same...lolnow i just look at my router stats and i can get a better estimate of my speed myself.

P.S the graphic in my sig is the cause of my endless hours of trying to get a better or as good as result.i got that one after one day on o2.........after virgin and sky,o2 is amazing so i dont know why i worried

I use the Maidenhead server on speedtest.net, it gives better results for me so you could try that one, it could be that the manchester server is overloaded or not a fast one.

i dont want to use any m8,just needed to get it off my chest and my missus dont get it.

The best one I have found is the one on the front of this website which is a mirror ok the SkyUser one.
