Is there something wrong with Amazon.co.uk?
On Sunday I got a warning message from Bitdefender saying that there was a Java Script Trojan on the Amazon.co.uk basket page.
Ok I then decided to use Winodws Backup and rol it back a week to the last known install. Today I went back to Amazon to look for something else and lo and behold when I went to the basket page bitdefender says yet again a Java Scipt trojan is on the basket page. Has anybody else got this or is it something wierd. To make sure I haven't picked up anything nasty rolled back my version of windows to the freshly installed state where I know it's good as the only thing done on it was installing the programs and doing the updates. I tried this morning on my wife's laptop but no alarm but I reckon that could be due to her not having Java installed on her PC. So does anybody else have any problems with Amazon.co.uk? |

Re: Is there something wrong with Amazon.co.uk?
Amazon is fine for me Adrian. (Might not be too reassuring as I'm using Mcafee!)

No problem detected for me - using Avast which usually throws up an alert for this type of thing.
Could be a false positive being reported by Bitdefender. Have a look on their forums and see if anyone else is seeing this? |

Re: Is there something wrong with Amazon.co.uk?
Looks like a false positive, it's fine if I uninstall java (as it's meant to be malisious java script)
Oh well just checking. |
