Batllefield 1943

Hi guys just recently got battlefield 1943 for ps3 and i can play the game myself no problems but me and my friend are really struggling to connect to each other hes also with o2 broadband same package as me.We have check the bf website as there as been loads of problems with the game since release but as of yet we cant solve our issue, strange thing is we can connect to other friends no problem who have diffrent isp.Just wonderd if anyone else had game and same problems and if they know of a fix

thats how i have set ports up the 80-80 port is icoming and is open as ive check with portfinder tool but the others dont seem to be open

Re: Batllefield 1943

try this m8,
PS3 Users: Use these ports or DMZ your system to allow these services.
Incoming:
10000/UDP

Outgoing:
80/TCP
13020/UDP
18231/UDP
18236/UDP&TCP
i play on both consoles and this is a fix one of my friends used, luckily ive had no problems on connecting but most of the problems are supposed to be fixed according to GVD

Looking at the image you've posted, you've not set up the forwarding correctly.

What port forwarding does is direct an incoming connection to a specific internal IP address i.e your PC. Your PC also has to have a fixed IP.

Try this which gives details for a similar router to yours :

PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall

Or Google:

port forward o2 wireless box - Google Search
