New connection & stats

I've been connected 2 days and have just received an e-mail that O2 have finished testing.

I'm wondering if someone can give me a 2nd opinion on my stats I'm not expecting to get any faster in fact I'm happy with what I've got as I'm over 4km away from my connected exchange. I just don't want to drop back to the 4096 I had with Sky.

Re: New connection & stats

If your line testing finished in two days then O2 have decided your line is of very good quality - looking at your stats, I'd agree. 4meg would be pretty good for an attenuation of 58db.

You have 5meg and that is exceptionally good, though it is pushing your line very hard looking at your error levels (nothing to be concerned with if your connection seems stable).

Re: New connection & stats

Thanks Saturday.

I've managed to download over 2gb of stuff over the last 2 days setting up a couple of laptops and it been steady.

My download speeds have been good

My attenuation varies between 57.5 and 58 depending on the time of year so I'm estatic with what I've got.
