iv got a sky router converted with the orginal sky firmware put onto it and was looking through my book marks and found mels notes for the Dg834gt sky router i ran mels and got some detailed stats although im on 02 could i use these detailed stats if i have problems and send them to 02 ?

at mo iv got the evening slow down again between 6pm and 11pm ish

i noticed that Tellis is turned off according to these stats
i though it had to be turned on like it is on sky ??

02 have been promising to fix the slowdown on acess since last year. the reality is they are pushing BT to fix it, this has worked on a few exchnages according to the 02's own forums. there is no quick fix however and you stats wont help them deal with it any quicker. You'll just have to stick it out and wait im afraid. this might shed some light on the current issue
