DHCP behaving oddly on O2 Wireless Router

I normally use DHCP on server but while things are settling down, I have O2 router. DHCP here seems to dish out same address multiple times.

Then there is status (On some it show 'Static' and other it shows DHCP for a while then it changes to 'Static', when there were all handed out by DHCP on O2 router):
