help please

hi there joined o2 broadband from sky,with sky i was averaging about 5 to 6meg been with o2c a week and my stats are shocking heres stats for today

If you were getting more than 5meg before then something nasty has happened to your line - or even more nasty actually as with an attenuation of 36.5db you should have previously had more than 10meg i.e. you had a bad line which has got worse.

In my opinion there's no point calling O2 yet.

What has changed in your home wiring? Are you using an extension? Have you added something?

Plug your router into you master socket test socket (assuming you have an NTE5 master) using just the supplied router cable and a new filter. What are your stats now?

tried it into test socket found out my extension socket up stairs must be faulty heres my figures know
