dont fret its not your PC its quite a common issue, i hate to ask but you have got it in flashing mode? orange light is flashing?

i followed the tutorial to the letter m8.
the more i look into it the more posts i find where people have had to use a different pc cos thiers wasnt recognising the mac.guess i'll keep looking for a fix.
my problem is,as soon as i get something into my head it wont go away till ive sorted it.its all a learning curve so its all good.
i didnt know how to log onto a pc a year ago,thanks to sites like this ive learned loads....
