ive been thinking about giving the dgteam fw a go for my DG834GT but i had to try 3 different PCs before i could get the recovery utility to work and ive read that its best to use that to put the dgteam fw on.
does it have to be done using the recovery utility?or can it be done through the routers interface(upgrade).
can anyone using dgteam tell me how they did it and how it compares to netgears latest fw??

I used the built in router upgrade function to flash from standard to DGTeam. as for performace difference etc i can't comment as i switched straight away (after removing the sky firmware). however im sure the offical netgear that is out now come out after Dgteam release so it may be more stable/better for some users.
