I want to know if I can get a higher sync speed, possibly 19mb?

let 02 finish testing before jumping the gun and asking for more lol. seroulsy though you can reboot the router after a quiter time of day and it may synch higher, but to be fair your almost at 19mb now.

Cool, just restarted and got 20MB, lol.

Not suprisingly though it's not stable/fast syncing at this speed, only getting about 350kb/s. I guess the best max stable speed i'll get on this line is about 18mb, which to be fair as you said is decent.
