O2 returnie here!

Hi everybody!
Well, after 8 months of the worst customer service I have ever received, I have had the sence to return to O2 broadband!
I was with O2 since launch, without any issue, then Sky poached me over to them with the phone and broadband for free offer.

What a mistake!

After 7 months of incorrect billing, loss of service, disconnections, and refusal to deal with my complaints, it came to a head when 2 weeks ago Sky disconnected my tv and broadband BEFORE my bill was due!!
I phoned to complain, I was told Sky made a mistake, BUT that in order to reactivate my account Sky wanted me to pay the bill that wasent due, PLUS 2 months up front!
I reminded them of my excellent payment record, over the 12 years I have been a customer, I was repaid by the 'customer service' agent hanging up on me!
I cancelled all my Sky services, phoned o2, and within a week I was connected, without any problem at all!

I have reconnected my phone with BT, and am going to purchase a freesat hd pvr..
Sorry Sky, you have lost £88 per month, I hope the credit credit crunch gets you!

Anyway, Im back with O2, I should never have left!
