not connected to the internet
I've recently move home, and I've taken the opportunity to switch to O2 home broadband (from BT...).
I've received the router, and an email saying you're now ready to go. I've connected everything, and installed the CD (on a MAC). I've inserted the static IP address, and all the other parameters (submask, primary and secondary server)... but nothing happened!! I'm not connected to the internet! If I log in in the router page, I can see my two MACs are connected wirelessly... all the leds are green (except wireless, which is yellow), and it seems connected, but no data are exchanged. I waited 24h, but still it seems I'm connected while I'm unable to send/receive data... has anybody an idea of how to proceed? what I'm missing?? Thanks! |

Have you called O2 and is the problem resolved now?
