Have i made the correct choice of package?
Hi all,
Signed up for 02 broadband lastnight and told them i wish to be on the STANDARD package, have i made the correct decision based on my sky router stats below???? I don't mind paying for premium package if i can get more than 8 meg but now i get the feeling when they start off my package my initial speed check could be altered lower as i went for the lowest package. How does this all work please? Also how do i access my router stats on 02? thanks in advance System Up Time: 72:13:43 Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collisions Tx B/s Rx B/s Up Time WAN PPPoA 1466274 1417413 0 4429 4685 72:11:39 LAN 100M/Full 1375499 1530760 0 4594 4575 72:13:38 WLAN 11M/54M 139875 43335 0 234 32 72:13:26 ADSL Link Downstream Upstream Connection Speed 5664 kbps 928 kbps Line Attenuation 46 db 27 db Noise Margin 6 db 7 db |

Re: Have i made the correct choice of package?
You've asked this before and it's been answered. With those stats you're unlikely to get anywhere near 8mbps, in fact they suggest your current speed is the best you can get.
If, in the unlikely event they can get you over 8mbps they will inform and invite you to upgrade to the Premium package. Stop fretting, it'll be done soon. |
