Customer Service?
Anyone having trouble getting hold of them?
I called on Saturday - 35 minute wait. I called on Monday at about 8:30am, waiting 25 minutes with no answer. Sent them an email on Sunday evening, still waiting for an answer. I've got a dropping connection fault, which I'm convinced is a BT fault (replaced router, using test socket with swapping filters) but I can't get it raised if they won't talk to me ![]() |

They had major network problems on Sunday which will have put a lot of strain on their support line and no doubt this would have rolled over to Monday morning. No idea why you'd have had a problem getting through Saturday though.

I always use o2 assistant to talk to someone, its free and you don't burn your ear holding a phone against it for so long!, plus you can play solitaire to pass the time. They can even connect to you pc and take over to show you how to do something or to check settings etc.
