Moved from sky to 02 yesterday and having big probs

I have moved from sky to 02 yesterday and since doing so had few problems.

When i connected no problems but this morning couldnt connect to explorer was coming up with that page that says your not connected to internet. Turned off router then back on and internet worked fine. Then few hours later samething again all the lights were on and fine on modem but couldnt connect to explorer. Then reset fully after speaking to 02 and worked fine for few hours and then samething again.

The router seems to do something to itself meaning i appear to be connected but cant connect if that makes sense. Even if its disconnecting when it reconnects surely you can then logon line but i cant seem to unless i turn off or reset router first.

Please help.

I never had any problems like this with sky

What are the status of the lights on the router?

can you login to the router and see the connection status?

can you ping a site ir bbc.co.uk?

Lynwood, I changed to O2 yesterday, and to be honest it couldnt have gone smoother. Didnt need to change a thing, even for my sons xbox, went straight online. no probs. dropped off internet for a second this afternoon, but apart from that, excellent. here are my stats:

Hi all

Just wanted to give you an update....everything is SUPER now and couldn't be more happy good connection and looking at speeds on 1.3 meg upload and 6.8 meg download much better than sky so anyone thinking of making the move then dont even think about it....02 are the best..lol
