My O2 Broadband is up and down continuously
Anyone got any suggestions on this before i call O2.
Since Saturday evening my router has been connecting and disconnecting very regularly, it will be working fine connected to the internet for an hour or two then will show as disconnected for 2or 3 hours and restarting the router and anything like that won't fix it, then it'll reconnect for as little as a few seconds or for a bit longer and then disconnect again for anouther couple of hours. Very frustrating. Is there anything I can do from my side or is this one for O2 Customer services. |

Sounds like O2 did something at the weekend like a router flash and it's causing some users issues (even those, like me, that don't use the O2 box anymore...weird).
