Speed issue east belfast,

Greetings folks,

Is any one else from east belfast having speed issues ?
This only happened from the weekend,

I have the full 20Meg sync speed but am only getting a thoughput of 1.5 - 3Meg
OK i know i am on a wireless connection but have checked this with the cable also,

At this point i have 5 devices using the wireless via the O2 wireless box II,
I also have a BT homehub 2.0 linked via cable to the o2 box to make use of the wireless N and my desktop computer using the wireless on the BT box,

Most nights i will get a thoughput of 12 - 15Meg on wireless via the homehub,
Or 9 - 12 Meg on the o2 box,

This is not just a speed issue as my ping times have gone up also,

Ping to google.com :
Code:
Pinging google.com [209.85.227.104] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 209.85.227.104: bytes=32 time=104ms TTL=55
Reply from 209.85.227.104: bytes=32 time=104ms TTL=55
Reply from 209.85.227.104: bytes=32 time=103ms TTL=55

Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

Router stats :

I have reset the router and also left it disconnected for some time with no joy,
Tracert & pathping show the connection is ping until it leaves the router and then ping times jump and can time out,

Also when i was on TeamSpeak ( not in game ) my ping was over 7000Ms as you can see,
Now most of the time this is about 60 - 85Ms but tonight a massive 7000Ms,

Any one help of just me ?

Regards
Steven

Re: Speed issue east belfast,

I've checked the O2 service status page O2 Broadband Status

and nothing is showing up at the moment so it may be something new or that nobody has told them yet.

Or it could be outside o2's network and somebody else needs to look at it.
