Re: O2 staff are here to help with broadband
Thanks Paul,
No apology necessary - it's all to easy to misunderstand online (and indeed, to fail to explain properly). I had seen that link before - unfortunately it doesn't let me link my business login into it. No matter - it would have been a "nice to have" as opposed to a "must have" Thank you anyway.

But... The O2 team will completely ignore requests for information about leaving.

Rather than spread the discussion across threads, could you follow up via this thread please? I assume post #13 is what Tony is referring to above.
Thanks |

Re: O2 staff are here to help with broadband
Well looks like they're not here to help any more
![]() Last time anyone official from O2 visited the forum was more than two months ago now. Shame. |

Re: O2 staff are here to help with broadband
I'd like to say I'm surprised but I would be lying.
Over the last two years I've seen them go from a top quality company (support wise) to a rather mediocre one. Don't get me wrong - there are still the odd star within the company but generally it's incredibly painful to get any progress. I'm not sure, come next year, that I'll be keeping my business with them on the face of things. Whilst I realise I'm not a 'big spender' in the corporate world, with my broadband and handsets, my spend with O2 averages just over £100 per month, so over the two year contract I'd say it justifies better-than-average support from them as a whole, rather than having to rant and rave until I find that one star mentioned above. But then to be balanced, the number of people coming here with problems seems to have dropped considerably? Could it be that from a broadband perspective, O2 are mostly getting things right?
