Hi,
Is your line just stopped, or is it actually disconnected? If it is is 'stop of a start line' it should be able to be live (barring any tech issues or line/box/exchange faults of course!) within 24hrs really... If it is not just a stopped line, but a 'new line provide' then things may take longer. Do you get a dial tone? if you do, try to dial 17070 (bt line test) - does it give you a phone number? |
