Wireless.

Hi guys, ok I have the 'N' rated O2 advanced router.
Through the cable I get around 15 - 16meg (my profile is 16552meg)
But the problem is with wireless.

I get speeds varying from 2meg, to 9 meg, with it set to 'g' rating.

If it is set to 'n' then Im lucky to get 1meg, even though I have a 'n' rated wireless card.

I have checked all the channels, and it doesnt give any better results.

I have never had this problem before, so it cant be interferance from a third party, as the only change is the O2 router.

So what do you think, dodgy router?

Re: Wireless.

Possibly an incompatibility between the router and card?
Do you know anyone with another card you could try?

Re: Wireless.

Might also be worthwhile seeing if there's a firmware upgrade for your card?
