that is a big smack in the teeth, looks like when December rolls around and my contract is up I'll be off if that is the new pricing structure.

Re: New Pricing for o2

Hi

Even though like anybody else I don't like it when any prices increase, I have accepted that that is the way of the world. It seems to me that a 50p increase is hardly worth the bother of even researching an alternative supplier, much less the hassle of getting a MAC and risking the new supplier will be any different. OK, so they have also introduced a 20GB download limit, but that is way over anything I ever reach. Even the new unlimited price of £12 is way better than most other ISPs. Having suffered SKY for a number of years, I am well pleased with O2 and it would take a lot more than this to persuade me to consider changing.

Cheers

Re: New Pricing for o2

hi

So what if the prices go up. Its not alot of a increase + you still wont find a better ISP then O2 (my opinion).

Re: New Pricing for o2

The problem is that the 20gig a month useage limit isn't very large at all especially given how many internet enabled devices can be in a household now.

Also O2 customer service seems to have slipped badly and fast, also given that no details are forthcoming over FTTC either then it would be an ideal time to go in December to the provider that I shall be using next.
