877w with dynamic ip
hi, i hope someone can help me. i've been on the phone with o2 for quite a few times today. they are not very clued up about their networks. i have a adsl2+ broadband package with dynamic allocated ip. ive been trying to get an example of a working o2 config, but have not had much luck.
i would like to know if cpe authentication is done via ppp, using a username / password. will it work with dynamic ip? ive run ppp debug with and without username, but its not very concusive.
i really would appreciate any help on this.
