Forgot my administrator password to acces the router and i have just reset my router so all of my static ip adress have gone so yes i am pretty annoied can anyone help me?

Which static IP addresses? Do you mean your PC's etc? If so - unless you had a backup of the router config then no one can help, sorry.
If you mean the static IP as provided by O2 on some tariffs, then you need to call O2 customer services.
