Can't access o2 website/email
I have a feeling this may only be me, but I have been unable to get to O2 | Mobile Phones, Broadband & Sims From The UK's Leading Provider for several days and cannot get e-mails via Windows Mail (or by webmail, as I can't get onto the site). If it is just me, might anyone have an idea why? Thanks in advance and have a lovely rest-of-Xmas.

Link is working fine for me.
If you can get to some sites but not others then there are a wide range of possible reasons from routing issues to a messed up PC (cache or hosts issues through to malware). If you are still having problems then start by clearing your browser cache then check your hosts file to see if that's appears modified then run malware checks. If a routing issue then sometimes forcing an IP change can resolve this. HTH |

Thanks for that - for no apparent reason, after over a week of not being able to access the website or e-mail, all is well today! Most odd. Thanks again for your help - much appreciated for future reference.
