Can't access O2 router web-admin

I'm unable to access my O2 router using http://192.168.1.254 the request times out. I'm able to telnet into the CLI but would like to be able to access the admin pages.

Please help!

Can you access external websites?

You don't have any proxy servers set in your browser, do you?
