unable to login to router

been able to login to routeras superuser since last may,however had problems this week end with random disconnections,o2 upgradedthe software to the latest version,and i find that i cannot log in to the router using superuser as user name,can some one give me idiot proof directions to overcome this problem please?

Other posters here have suggested it's the serial number of your router as the password?

The one on the sticker.
