File Sharing ...

I was wondering are O2 restricting certain file sharing sites as I have 3 different accounts and for over a week now I can't get decent speeds from 2 of them ... ?

I use a download manager and I've even been on their site explaining the problem and all they told me was that my ips may have them on the IWF list ... ?

Here's my problem though I have 3 file sharing accounts and 1 works perfect and not the other 2 so if O2 had these sites on the IWF list surely all 3 would be on ... ?

So I was wondering have O2 started to block, choke or restrict users from using certain file sharing sites ... ?

My accounts worked perfect a week or so ago so maybe its something new implemented basically I haven't a scooby so that's why I thought I'd ask in here if anybody has experienced the same or knows anything about it ... ?

I have been experiencing this issue aswell....

FS was on the IWF filter list for most of March as far as im aware.

At that time I was getting fluctuating speeds from 1 kbps to 100 kbps where I was usually getting 1.5 mbps with a connection speed of 12mb on o2 premium. This was with IDM, Jdownloader, Rapget, Chrome's inbuilt download manager.

FS is now off the IWF filter but I haven't checked the speed since it has been off.
