No, DLM can't be the cause of that. You were syncing at over 11meg. All DLM might do is drop that by a meg or so. There's some other issue almost certainly.

Are you connected wirelessly?

1 wireless 1 ethernet same on Both just called 02 and was told "thats seem dramatic however DLK will run for 10 days and its peak time, also speedtester lose a meg or two, I rebooted and gained a few meg now at 13

nope not my exchange, around 10pm same thing happend, just done another reset as google wouldnt even load up and now im at

Slowdowns like that are not normal behaviour, DLM or otherwise. The change in sync from the last time is entirely normal as line noise conditions will have changed.

Hopefully it is just a temporary fault that is affecting you. If it continues then you need to get on to O2 as they will be able to see what has happened/is happening on your line.

However, the fact that the slowdown resolves every time you reboot possibly points to a local problem e.g. your router or PC. What are your stats showing when the slowdown takes place?
