Moan about the O2 'business' router...

<Rant>

Well as some regular visitors here will know, my router has been very iffy since the day it went in.

Tonight I lost all remote access to my systems, including emails on my BlackBerry.

When I got in, not only had the router reset, but it's lost all of it's settings (many, many custom firewall rules for all of my servers, for example).

Not overly pleased, I thought "never mind...I'll restore from my backup..." Oh no you won't said the router, like some bad pantomime!

No errors or confirmation or anything - just didn't change anything and crashed IE (tried 7 and 8 on different PC's) AND FireFox, so I'm guessing it wasn't browser related

And to add insult to injury the damn thing has reconnected at under 2Mbit...

So a call to O2 is needed, methinks AND I'll be reflashing my old Sky Netgear to replace it, I think.

Grrrrrrr.

Not yet - I've been out and about with work.

I plan to do it tomorrow, and I'll let you all know how they are.
