primary email address
i was logged in to my mobile account when i applied for O2 BB, now my primary email addy is my user name, i set up a secondary account for my name, as it looks better when applying for jobs etc, O2 tell me they can't swap them around
 maybe a warning saying this would've helped sorry, just a rant!
