That has got to be a worry for the big ISP's that they didn't feature on that list.
Although I am surprised Be scored lower than O2. |

My guess would be that the sort of people who choose Be are probably more demanding/expect more than a typical O2 customer.
Also, Be has it's call centres in Eastern Europe somewhere - that might make a difference. |

Ah that would be it then as o2 make a point of UK based call centers, and I must say the one time I phoned up they were fantastic about helping me out.

Re: O2 Home Broadband is the Which? Best Buy across all measures for January 2009
You can ask for the MAC code now, it is good for 30 days and Sky will post it and/or text it to you which can take up to 5 working days.
Then you can use that to move which will take another 5-6 working days so you should be ok for your minimum contract period. As for billing it depends on your bill date, I moved in late October so I had already paid for the end of October and for November which was all refunded back to me in the December bill. Just make sure that they do stop billing you and within the next few weeks after they move you. |

Re: O2 Home Broadband is the Which? Best Buy across all measures for January 2009
all the takeaway box is that you buy it at the O2 dealership and take it home and get set up with it online or phoning o2.
It means that they can have a presence in the shop but not have the salespeople try and sign you up for it and not knowing the first thing about broadband. I'd go for talking to the nice people on the phone, the router appears extremely fast anyways and if for some reason it doesn't you can use another one anyways. As for the "big" boys not appearing, well this is a customer satisfaction survey and after being on NTHell I can say i wouldn't go back to Virgin even if I was paid to have their product. |
