Hi Everyone,

Just got a good deal for renewing my broadband contract for another 12 months.
I got the first 6 months free.

If you are nearing the end of your contract call retentions and ask for the same deal.

I had a few issues so once I re did the extensions I went from 10.5 meg to 13.1 then got O2 to change the noise margin back and shot up to 15.8 and they said I could update with a new 12 month contract with upto 20meg and 3 months free.

3 months free is the basic deal for new customers. current o2 broadband users can get 12 months free if you sign up to o2 homephone. great deal.

I forgot to mention I am an existing customer that has signed up again to get 3 months free and upto 20 meg as before it was upto 16.
